Instead of refusing to adjust your price based on job changes, you so readily adapted to the booking adjustments, lowering the cost to reflect this, and I am forever grateful to you and that I booked 1300Clearout to undertake this work for me. Thank you again. I would like to provide feedback on the service 1300Clear proffered yesterday. Tanguy and Tom were beyond reproach and are a real credit to the culture, training and recruitment practices of your organisation. It was a good reflection on your business to learn that they have both worked for your organisation for some time. They are both outstanding young men. They showed me nothing but respect, very friendly interactions, some good laughs and they could not have been more polite and helpful. It was also a stand out to me, in these days and times, that their communications with me, and each other, were not punctured by swearing of any kind, which I was so incredibly grateful for. Their demeanour made, what initially felt like quite an overwhelming experience for me, into a really pleasant one and any anxiety I felt melted away very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend 1300Clear to others, and have and will speak most highly of your organisation to everyone I encounter. I would like your owner/principal to know the very high esteem in which I hold them both and what an incredible asset they are to your business.
