What qualifies for the $149 Single Item Pickup?
One standard household item that is already outside the house or building, has safe and easy access, and can be moved and loaded safely by one person.
Do you carry the item out of the house for $149?
No. This fixed-price offer is for items that are already outside and ready for collection. If you need us to carry it from inside, we can quote our normal rubbish removal service.
Is $149 really the total price?
For an eligible item, yes. It includes GST, pickup, one-person loading, transport and standard disposal or recycling. Special disposal, hazardous items and unusually heavy or specialist items are not included.
What if I have two or more items?
The offer is priced per eligible item. If you have several items, send us photos first because our normal volume-based rubbish removal may be better value.
What if my couch or fridge is too heavy for one person?
It won’t qualify for the $149 one-person service, but we can still remove it. Send us a photo and we’ll recommend the right service and price.
Where is the service available?
The $149 offer is available throughout our normal service areas, subject to scheduling and the item meeting the offer conditions.
