We understand that people have busy lives and cannot always contact us during a normal 9-5 working day, so we have developed several different options for you to get in touch with us when best suits you.

“Book Online” or “Contact Us” With Your Contact Information

If you know when and where you want the job carried out the easiest way to reach us is to fill out your contact information in our “book online” section.  We will have received your request with a few seconds and one of our team will call you to confirm your booking, go over the pricing and answer any questions you might have.  If you just want to enquire further about our service you can send us a message on our this page and we will call you back shortly to discuss your requirements and advise the best service for your job.

If you prefer to send an email or maybe you have some pictures to send, Sisse’s email address is shown above.  Upon receipt, Sisse will answer any questions you have and forward any photos you provide to our drivers for a more detailed quotation.  If you prefer to send a message or photos to a phone, please use the following number: 0402 733 180.

 

Phone

By calling 1300Clearout (that’s 1300 253 276) you will be transferred directly to one of our team. Our team working hours are 7am to 6pm Monday to Saturday but we understand its not always possible to get in touch during these hours so we normally have the phone transferred to a mobile outside of these hours.  If you do happen to get an answer phone its probably because we are on the phone and will call you back within a few minutes.

 

Facebook

If you prefer using Facebook to make contact just hit the link above and it takes you to our page.  We occasionally use Facebook for showing some of the funny moments we experience during our day, but if you send us a message, we will get back to you within a short time.   

 

What To Expect

When you talk to one of our team, we will try to recommend the right service for you and give you an indication of price over the phone.  In order to do this, we may ask you some questions like:

  1. Where are you located
  2. The type of rubbish you have i.e., furniture, green waste or renovation.
  3. Where the rubbish is located and how near we can get to it with the truck
  4. Are there any individually heavy items i.e. piano or washing machine.
  5. Would one or two men be required to complete the job
  6. Is there lift access or a nearby loading zone.
  7. Are there any height restrictions (trucks are 2.4mtr in height)

We will then give you a 2 hour time slot when our team will be arriving.  When we are 20 minutes away our drive will either message or call you with an estimated time of arrival.  Upon arrival our driver will introduce you to the team, look at your requirements and provide an upfront quote for completion of the job.  When the job is complete, we will normally have a quick sweep up, double check we haven’t forgotten everything, and you will be able to pay using either eftpos, credit card or cash on the truck.

Do not be surprised if you get a quick call a day or so after your job making sure you were happy with the service and encouraging you to leave feedback online to receive a complimentary $20 Bunnings Voucher.  We are always keen for feedback as it enables us to constantly strive to improve the service we offer.
