Each year Brisbane City Council provide households with 10 Waste Vouchers. These are made available to home owners and tenants in the Brisbane Council areas. We are Happy to give a discount of $3 for each voucher which will be taken off the final price of your rubbish removal service or skip bin hire. Please let us know when you book online if you have more than one book of vouchers you wish to use as a discount.

A 1300clearout team member will find out what you want removed, explain the pricing and give you an idea what it will cost. You can then nominate a time that is suitable for you.
The professional, uniformed team member will ring you within 30 mins of their arrival to confirm exactly when they will be there.
The team will give you an exact quote before they begin. You give them the go ahead and the 1300clearout team will start loading then and there. You can sit back and relax while they do all of the work
Upstairs, out the back, in the garage, the 1300clearout team will gather up all of your junk, wherever it is located and load it on to the truck.
Once the truck is loaded, the 1300clearout team will comeback, give the area a sweep and then head off to dispose of your junk and rubbish…easy!!
If you can’t be there, that’s ok.
Simply provide all of the information and access to the area and one of the 1300clearout team will call you with a quote, charge the amount to your nominated card and leave you a receipt in the letterbox
In these difficult times we can provide an efficient and handy contactless rubbish removal to ensure the ongoing safety of our customers and staff.
When you book online or give us a call please mention if you require a contactless service and we will make all the arrangements. Rest assured that we check on the health of our team regularly and they sanitise before and after each job. We always maintain a safe working distance of at least two meters and gloves are also worn for each job and regularly replaced.
For our full-service hands-on service all you have to do is point to items you want removed. Our team will only touch items that are to be taken away. If you would rather not be in the vicinity while our team are working, one option is to place a sticker on all the items you want removed and we will carefully load them onto one of our trucks.
Alternatively, our load-and-go is perfect for contactless removal. Simply place all your items in one handy location where our driver can reach it and the complete job can be handled will little or no contact at all.
When organising skip bin hire just let us know when you want it delivered and collected and the location on your property, and we will make all the arrangements with no physical contact at all.
Settling Your Account With No Contact
Whilst we regularly sanitise our EFTPOS machines, the safest and most efficient method of making contactless payment is over the phone. Even if you are in the house at the time of the job our team is happy to call from outside to make credit card payment over the phone. After your transaction is complete, we will simply take a photo of your receipt and send it through to your phone as a record of your transaction.
